1. Licence and Permitted Use

1.3 The licence is limited to the Buyer and does not extend to other individuals, institutions, or third parties.
2. Adaptation of the Resource

• The Seller’s intellectual copyright in the original Resource is acknowledged and retained.

2.3 Any adaptations of the Resource must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to third parties without the Seller’s express written consent.
3. Restrictions
3.1 The Buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or share the Resource or any adaptations in any form or by any means, including but not limited to:
• Photocopying, printing, or duplicating beyond the Buyer’s educational setting.
• Emailing or electronically sharing with colleagues or third parties.
• Uploading to websites, file-sharing platforms, or any public or private repositories.
3.2 The Buyer shall not sell, license, or otherwise commercialise the Resource or any derivative work based on it.
3.3 The Resource is intended for use by the original purchaser only. Sub-licensing, resale, or gifting of the Resource is strictly prohibited.
4. Ownership and Copyright
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Resource, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any accompanying materials, remain the sole property of the Seller.
4.2 The purchase of the Resource does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to the Buyer.
4.3 The Seller retains the copyright in both the original Resource and any derivative works that maintain the distinct character, structure, and content of the original Resource.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Resource has been accessed or downloaded.
5.2 If the Buyer encounters technical issues with accessing the Resource, they should contact the Seller within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of the Resource for specific educational outcomes.
6.2 The Resource is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Breach of Terms
